How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
What is your return policy for technical riding gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, technical gear that has been worn on a ride cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Alpinestars ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I ensure I am purchasing the correct size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. We recommend taking accurate body measurements and comparing them to our charts, as technical protective gear is designed for a precise fit.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Alpinestars products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
