Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original box or a secure shipping container, ensuring all Alpinestars tags and protective plastics are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
